Madam Pampi views teaching as a special gift, knowing how important it is for the future. She loves helping young learners grow in a friendly and exciting atmosphere where every child can do well. She knows that each student learns differently, so she puts a lot of focus on keeping them involved. Madam Pompi also appreciates being part of a team with caring and hardworking teachers at Little Star Hr. Sec. School.

Madam Pampi has 28 years in teaching profession and it’s her 7th year in LSHSS. Earlier she taught at Bethesda Hr. Sec. School, Dimapur and Royal Foundation School, Phek where she taught English and Grammar in middle school.

She did her schooling from Mezhur Hr Sec School, Kohima and passed her matriculation from Pranab Vidyapith Hr. Sec School and PU (Arts) from Pranabananda Women’s College.

She received Certificate of Commendation for attending Mass Training Programme for Teachers under EQUIP Nagaland project conducted by SCERT. She received District Teachers Award on 2010. 

Her hobbies are writing and gardening.
