Miss Neishedeno is hardworking and a passionate educationist. She encourages students in classroom interaction, independent thinking, critical analysing, creativity, makes learning engaging and fun.
She believes that moulding the learners will enable them to observe social reality objectively, interprets social life, understand and analyses the changes in the society.

She has been in the teaching profession for 8 years. She teaches sociology subject in class 11 and 12 Arts.

She passed her HSLC from Loyola Hr. Sec. School Jakhama, graduate from Japfü Christian College Kigwema. Did her post graduation in Sociology from Nagaland University Lumami, B.Ed from Rayalaseema University Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh and Diploma in IT from Mice Manipal Institution of computer education.

She loves travelling and is a pet lover.
