Madam Pampi considers teaching as a privilege as it is the only profession that contributes more in preparing the future of our society. She genuinely enjoys nurturing the young minds with love as each child is unique and they learn and thrive best in a loving atmosphere. She believes that there are different types of learners and keeping every student excited and engaged about learning is essential. She feels fortunate to work alongside such dedicated and warm hearted teachers in Little Star Hr Sec School.

Madam Pampi has 26 years in teaching profession and it’s her 5th year in LSHSS. Earlier she taught at Bethesda Hr. Sec.School, Dimapur and Royal Foundation School, Phek where she taught English and Grammar in middle school.

She did her schooling from Mezhur Hr Sec School, Kohima and passed her matriculation from Pranab Vidyapith Hr. Sec School and PU (Arts) from Pranabananda Women’s College. She has also completed her studies upto BA 2nd year (Eng Hons) from Pranabananda Women’s College.

She received Certificate of Commendation for attending Mass Training Programme for Teachers under EQUIP Nagaland project conducted by SCERT. She received District Teachers Award on 2010. 

Her hobbies are writing and gardening.
