Sir Bikash is passionate about his work. He focus more on understanding the topic in the class through discussion. He loves the teaching profession.

He believes that “Motivation is the best method of bringing out the best in a student”. 

Sir Bikash has 23 years of teaching experience. He teaches Social Science in Class-9 and Class-10.

He did his Matriculation from Baptist High School, Kohima and Bachelor of Arts with Political Science honours from Kohima College, Kohima. He did Classroom Management course from Bosco College of Teacher Education, Dimapur. Enhancement of Teaching Competency for School Teachers from Nagaland College of Teacher Education, Financial Literacy Program from Nagaland board of School Education and National Stock Exchange, India, He has also undergone trainings like Disaster

He received The Making A Difference Award 2021 from Viata Institute of Allied Health Science & Research.
Sir Bikash received the State Award for Teachers in 2020 from the Government of Nagaland Department of School Education.

His hobbies are reading books, craftwork etc.
