- Fees upto May must be paid for all the (Option 1 students). For students opting for installments(option 2) fees upto 2nd Installment have to be paid by Wednesday, 5th June.
- Admit card will be issued on Friday, 7th June.
- Do not wait for the last day to pay the fees and avoid doing any last minute payments in the morning of the exam. Office will not be issuing any admit card in the morning of the exam i.e., Monday, 10th June (For Classes 8 and 9) and Tuesday for Class 10.
- For inability to clear fees for any reason, application should be submitted to the office by Wednesday, 5th June.
- Computer practical and theory of class 9 will be conducted during the computer classes by the subject teacher.
- All students of classes 8 and 9 must pass phase 1 and phase 2 examinations.
- Students of classes 8 and 9 who fail will stay back after school for remedial classes followed by Retest. This will continue till the student qualifies.
- Exam routine shall not be altered.
- All the students have to appear for the phase 1 and 2 exam in order to be eligible to attend the remedial class and appear for the re test.
- Class 10 students should appear in the midterm in order to be eligible for the Final.
- Students should take the question paper, answer paper or any writing material out of the exam hall during the examination.
- Students caught cheating will get zero in the subject.
- Students are not allowed to borrow anything during the examination.
- Students who disrespect the teachers will be expelled from the exam.
- Students have to come in proper uniform.
