Madam Amenla teaches Political Science in both Class 11 and 12 Arts.

Being an educator she believes in change so she encourages her students to be a ‘Change ‘for a better society.

She has 21 years of teaching experience. She worked for 10 years at Public School Dzüvürü, Kohima teaching Social Sciences, 8 Years at St Mary’s Montessori & Hr.Sec.School Dimapur, teaching both Social Sciences and Political Science and joined Little Star Hr. Sec.School, 3 years back. She currently teaches Political Science in Classes 11 and 12.

Madam Amenla did her HSLC from Little Flower Hr.Sec.School, Kohima. Graduation from Baptist College Kohima, and Post Graduate from IGNOU and D.EL.ED from NIOS.

She received the Avantika Swami Vivekananda Samman Award in 2017.

Madam Amenla loves travelling and interacting with young minds.
