- Show and tell across subjects for all the students of classes 1-4. Show and Tell topics based on their subjects.
- National Science Day (28th February)
- Science quizzes conducted section-wise for students of Classes 1-10. Section wise winners will be awarded.
- Science Quiz Competition – For classes 7 -8 and Classes 9 – 10 hosted by Little Star Hr Sec School and organised by Nagaland Science & Technology Council, Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of Nagaland .
- Games and Sports Competitions for classes 1-5. Each class had the competition of different days. From every class, the best section was awarded.
- Anti Smoking Video Competition on No Smoking Day, 13th March – The competition was for classes 9 and 10. Class 10 A won the competition for the best video. They won a cash prize of Rs. 2000/-
- International Day of Happiness – 20th March – On International Day of Happiness, every class wrote down ‘What makes them Happy?’.
- World Poetry Day – 21st March – Competitions was held class wise for classes 1-10. Class 1 and 2 – poem recitation, Classes 3 and 4 – Acrostic Poem competition, Classes 5, 6 and 7 60 seconds poems and Classes 8, 9 and 10 – Poetry Slam.
