Madam Shanti Priya is a passionate teacher and is passionate about teaching Math. Her goal is to make Mathematics effortless and enjoyable for students, empowering them to overcome fear and discover the beauty of Mathematics.

She strives to create a supportive learning environment where students feel motivated, heard, and valued. She aims to foster a positive and inclusive space for all. Though a teacher by profession, yet she considers herself as a student who is in a continuous process of learning.

Her teaching career spans 12 years. She previously taught mathematics and science to students in Classes 4-10 at esteemed institutions like S.D. Jain Hr. Sec. School, Ram Janaki Hr. Sec. School and Hollotoli School. Currently, she is a part of the Little Star Hr. Sec. School family, where she joined in 2023 and is presently teaching Mathematics to Classes 2 and 3.

Madam Shanti Priya completed her secondary and higher secondary education at St. Paul Hr. Sec. School, achieving outstanding results. She, then, pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Dibrugarh University, solidifying her foundation in the subject. Her academic pursuits also include a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and successful qualification in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for Paper-I and Paper-II.

In her leisure time, she enjoys moments with her daughter, gardening, reading, baking, and exploring new destinations when possible.”
