Sir Ninglum did his B.A (General) from Patkai Christian College, M. A in History from IGNOU and
B. Ed from Salt Christian College of Teachers Education.

He worked at Assam Rifle School, Somsai for 2 years, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Ukhrul for 4 years and River Belt School, Dimapur for 2 years. He joined Little Star Hr. Sec School 4 years ago as Social Science Teacher.

He is a hardworking and optimistic person.
