Little Star Hr. Secondary School conducted a 6 day Teachers’ Orientation & Performance Enhancement Training from 14^th January upto 19^th January 2016. During the first part of the Training, Mrs. Jenny Wong from Singapore, a Pre School, Primary School and Sunday School Teacher Trainer trained the teachers on creative ways to use teaching aids in the Classroom, best ways of telling a story, Child Psychology and understanding children, the three worlds that they come from and their different needs. The teachers presented micro teaching in groups, on Story Telling with colourful Teaching Aids that were made by them during the training.

 

The last two days of the Training were devoted to problem solving/brain storming and subject wise presentations by Senior Teachers followed by micro teaching from the new teachers which were assessed and feedback and evaluation given. The whole sessions were overseen by the Administrator, Sir Ketoulhou Sekhose Paira, and the Chairman, Mrs. Nini Sekhose who also gave valuable feedbacks on the training.
